Butter and flour 10-inch bundt pan. Preheat oven to 340oF.

In food processor or large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, water and oil. Run food processor 3 minutes to blend, or use electric mixer on high 4 minutes.

Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter; combine well. Pour into pan. Drag knife through middle of cake to marble it. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
