In slow cooker mix together tomatoes, onion,sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic; set aside

In small bowl combine oil, chilli powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper

Rub oil mix over pork

Heat skillet over medium high heat and brown pork on all sides. place in slow cooker. Turn slow cooker on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 4 - 6 hours; until pork is fork tender.

Remove pork from slow cooker and using 2 forks, shred meat and remove fat.

Return pork to slow cooker and stir to coat with sauce.

Serve with your favouite bread
