12 ozfresh baby spinach
1 tbspbutter
8 ozcream cheese
1 clovegarlic
14 ozcan artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 cupmozzarella cheese shredded
1fresh pita wedges or baked pita chips

Preheat oven to 350°F

Microwave spinach in large bowl for 3 minutes. Drain spinach well, pressing between paper towels, the chop.

Melt butter in skillet. Add cream cheese and garlic, cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until cream cheese melts.

Fold in spinach, artichokes, sour cream, and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, stir until cheese melts.

Transfer mixture to 1 qt shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pita chips
