Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 canpumpkin ( 16 oz. )
  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • 1/4 tspcloves
  • 1CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1 packagescream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cupplus 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 cuppowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven 350°F

  2. 2

    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Stir in flour, bakingbpowder,bbakng soda, cinnamon, salt,Ginger and cloves.

    Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix together cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar till creamy. set aside

  5. 5

    When cake is cooled frost and sprinkle with wants and chill.
