Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 tbspdesi ghee
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • 1 tspcoconut powder
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1 tbspchopped nuts like almonds or cashews
  • 1 tbspraisins (kishmish)
  • 1 tsppista chopped
  • 1/4 tspsaffron soaked in milk
  • 1/2 cup(100gm)khoya _roughly mashed

Steps

  1. 1

    Rice ko 1 hour ke lie pani mein soak karein.cooker mein desi ghee dale.

  2. 2

    Garam hone par gud ko melt hone de.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients and rice. 2 min tak bhune.

  4. 4

    Add 2 cup water.mix well. 1 whistle aane par gas off karein.
