In a bowl, mix together ground beef, minced onion and garlic, and first grouping of oregano and basil.

form this mixture into balls around 1 inch in diameter

place balls into deep saucepan and cook them on med-high heat, turning as necessary to fully cook the balls. No greasing necessary.

add the other chopped onion and cloves of minced garlic. Saute until tender.

add remaining ingredients. add a full can of water with the tomato paste and don't be shy to add extra water to rinse out cans of tomatoes. It will boil off later.

stirring often, allow to simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

cook pasta and spoon sauce and meatballs on top. Garnish with fresh parmesan.
