1 tbspCumin
1 1/4 cupLemon
1 1/4 cupOlive oil
1 tspSalt
4 cloveGarlic
2 smallFresh ginger chunks and juice
1/2 eachLime squeezed
1 cupFlower

Mix all ingredients to together to make a marinade. Except the flower.

Pace the snapper in the marinade for 10 min

Then place snapper in the flower to lightly batter.

Place skillet on the stove and and drizzle with olive oil.

Then place snapper in skillet cook for 10min. 5min on each side.

Take of the stove when golden brown. Then drizzle with other half of lime.

Then serve
