Ingredients

  • 4 eachRed snappers
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1 tbspCoriander
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • 1 1/4 cupLemon
  • 1 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 4 cloveGarlic
  • 2 smallFresh ginger chunks and juice
  • 1/2 eachLime squeezed
  • 1 cupFlower

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients to together to make a marinade. Except the flower.

  2. 2

    Pace the snapper in the marinade for 10 min

  3. 3

    Then place snapper in the flower to lightly batter.

  4. 4

    Place skillet on the stove and and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. 5

    Then place snapper in skillet cook for 10min. 5min on each side.

  6. 6

    Take of the stove when golden brown. Then drizzle with other half of lime.

  7. 7

    Then serve
