Deseed chilies and soaked in vinegar for 10mins.

Dry roast garlic on heated pan and transfer it in plate let it cool on room temperature.

Take 1 full glass of water in wok and bring it to boil, cut tomatoes into 4-6 pieces and put it in boiled water and boiled tomatoes for 2 minutes, take out and peeled boiled tomatoes

Now transfer soaked chilies, roasted garlic and tomatoes in mixing jar. add salt in it and grind it into fine paste.

Serve this delicious spicy garlic chutney with momos, besan ke parathe, samosa. whatever you like to serve this with....

Suggestion - I added 1/4 seeds which I deseeded earlier from chilies coz it's give spicy taste.
