Ingredients

  • 1 tbspred wine viniger
  • 1/2shallote
  • 1salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tspmayonaise
  • 1/2 tspdijoñ mustard
  • 3 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    wrap towel around mixing bowl so it doesn't move

  2. 2

    add red wine vinegar then shallots then salt & pepper then Dijon mustard then mayonnaise

  3. 3

    slowly wisk in olive oil until nicely blended (3 to 1 ratio of oil to vinegar)

  4. 4

    this recipe should mix about 8 to 10 cups of greens
