  1. 200 gmsAmla -
  2. 2 tbspSugar -
  3. 1/4 tspBlack mustard seeds -
  4. 1 pinchAsafoetida -
  5. 1 pinchSalt -
  6. 1Green chilli -
  7. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  10. 2 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the amla

  2. 2

    Remove the seeds of the amla.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Add asafoetida and black mustard seeds to crackle.

  5. 5

    Remove the seeds of the green chilli.

  6. 6

    Add boiled amla and green chill and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

  8. 8

    Add sugar and half cup of water.

  9. 9

    Cook five mins in a low flame.
