Yummy Chutney..I love it with parathas.
Steps

Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan.

Cook on a low flame for 3-4 mins. Stirring in between.

The mangoes will become transparent.

Allow the mango mixture to cook in the sugar syrup for 5 minutes or till it becomes little dry.

Switch off the flame.

Allow it to cool completely.

Place it in an airtight container.

Refrigerate it. It can be used up to 6 months.
