Ingredients

1 packagesrefrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 packagescream cheese, softened
1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
1/4 cuppeanut butter
1/2 tspvanilla
2Granny Smith apples
1/4 cupcaramel ice cream topping
1/2 cupchopped peanuts

Steps

Bake refrigerated cookie dough at 350° for 16-18 minutes or until light brown. When using a stone, do NOT roll the dough to the edge.

In a small bowl mix cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread over the cookies.

Slice apples into lemon water, blot and place on top of the spread.

Microwave ice cream topping on high about 30-40 seconds and drizzle over the apples.

Chop peanuts and sprinkle over it and serve.
