Ingredients

  • 1 cupcarrot grated
  • 1/2 cupcabbage grated
  • 1/2 cupcauliflower grated
  • 2 tbspMaida
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastekashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • For gravy :
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 2-3garlic chopped
  • 1 inchginger
  • pinchajinomotto
  • to tastesoya sauce
  • to tastetomato sauce
  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate carrot, cauliflower and cabbage. take out extra water by pressing it with hands.

  2. 2

    Then add maida and cornflour in it and mix. Now add salt, kashmiri mirch, ginger garlic paste and then mix. Make small balls and then deep fry.

  3. 3

    For little gravy...heat oil in a kadai. add capsicum, onion, ginger, garlic then fry for some time.Now add ajinomotto, soya sauce, tomato sauce then fry and add manchurian balls. mix and cook for some time.

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves and serve with fried rice.
