Ingredients

1 serving
  • Overnight Soak Ingredients
  • 1/2 cupoats (about 40 grams)
  • 2/3 cupvanilla almond milk (about 150 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonchia seeds (about 5 grams)
  • 2 piecescandied orange in light syrup
  • 1 pinchdried cranberries
  • Topping
  • 1fresh strawberry
  • 1/2banana
  • Granola

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all the overnight soak ingredients into a container with a lid. Add oats, chia seeds, almond milk, dried fruit, and candied orange for a bit of tartness.

    Refrigerate overnight for 4-7 hours. In the morning, pour into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Top with strawberry and banana slices, and sprinkle with granola. Enjoy a delicious and easy-to-digest breakfast!
