Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped green garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients with 2 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Store refrigerated in an air-tight container. Use as required.
