Ingredients

  • 4chicken boullion cubes
  • 1 quartwater
  • 1 cupdiced celery
  • 1 cupdiced onion
  • 2 1/2 cupraw potatoes
  • 1 cupdiced carrot
  • 120 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1 lbvelveeta cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    cook bullion, water, celery, and onion for 20 minutes or until tender

  2. 2

    Add potatoes, carrots, and mixed veggies

  3. 3

    Cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  4. 4

    Add 2 cans of soup and velveeta cheese that has been cut into chunks.

  5. 5

    Heat thru until cheese is melted.
