Ingredients

  • 3 cupsall purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cupor add as required warm water
  • 2 teaspoonsdry active yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonor add as required salt
  • 1/2 tbspSuji for dusting
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1/2 tbspschezwan sauce
  • 1 tbspeach of red yellow green capsicum
  • 1 tbsponion
  • 1 tbsp+ 1 tbsp cheese (1tbsp processes and 1 tbsp Mozilla)
  • 1/2 tbspcorn
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspeach of oregano and chilli flakes
  • 3Baby corn slited

Steps

  1. 1

    For the pizza bread base:
    sprinkle sugar in warm water.
    add yeast. stir and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10-15 mins till it becomes frothy,
    in a bowl add one cup flour, salt, olive oil and the frothy yeast mixture.
    stir. add another cup of flour.stir again.

    The mixture become sticky.
    add the last cup of flour and continue to stir.
    knead the dough into a smooth, springy ball.
    apply some olive oil all over the dough.
    cover loosely and keep in a large bowl at room temperature

  3. 3

    For 1.5 to 2 hours.
    the dough will double up and nicely leaven. And now make base by sprinkling some suji and rolling it out keep aside for 15 mins

    In the pizza base apply butter and 1/2tbsp schezwan sauce and then cheese (1tbsp processes and 1 tbsp Mozilla) now arrange the veggies(1 tbsp each of green yellow red capsicum corn baby corn onion)and

    Then sprinkle some salt and black pepper 1/2tsp each of oregano and chilli flakes.....and top up some more cheese on it and.......

  6. 6

    Then bake it for 20 mins at and serve instantly
