For the pizza bread base:
sprinkle sugar in warm water.
add yeast. stir and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10-15 mins till it becomes frothy,
in a bowl add one cup flour, salt, olive oil and the frothy yeast mixture.
stir. add another cup of flour.stir again. - 2
The mixture become sticky.
add the last cup of flour and continue to stir.
knead the dough into a smooth, springy ball.
apply some olive oil all over the dough.
cover loosely and keep in a large bowl at room temperature - 3
For 1.5 to 2 hours.
the dough will double up and nicely leaven. And now make base by sprinkling some suji and rolling it out keep aside for 15 mins - 4
In the pizza base apply butter and 1/2tbsp schezwan sauce and then cheese (1tbsp processes and 1 tbsp Mozilla) now arrange the veggies(1 tbsp each of green yellow red capsicum corn baby corn onion)and

Then sprinkle some salt and black pepper 1/2tsp each of oregano and chilli flakes.....and top up some more cheese on it and.......

Then bake it for 20 mins at and serve instantly
