Go a catch a fish :)

Get the right sort of jiko - one with steady heat that uses minimal charcoal

Add the salt, pepper and garlic and butter inside the fish and squeeze the lemons on the top of it and leave them there to keep it moist.

Served hot its so good it may not make it to the table :)
