Put the coconut,milk,malibu and icing sugar in a bowl. I find I have to use alot more icing sugar as you need to roll your mixture into balls about the size of a quarter or fifty pence piece and you dont want the balls to be sticky other wise when you dip them in chocolate they will just make a mess.

Now place some grease proof paper out on the worktop and place the balls on to it as you make them.

Set them a side to dry out while you melt your chocolate.

Melt half the chocolate to start with in a glass bowl stood in some water in a pan, and keep stiring till melted.

Now the tricky bit, put your coconut ball on a spoon drop in the chocolate and roll it around until covered and then place back on the paper.

Keep repeating till all of them are covered and put in a cool place to dry.

Once dry keep in a air tight container.

You may want to put more malibu in for flavor at the beginning of the recipe if so minus the same about of milk so the malibu and milk always equals 7 ounces. You could try a different alcohol if you want.
