Wisk together eggs and milk in bowl. Wisk in flour, salt, and butter. Stir batter until well blended but do not over beat eggs. Should have consistency of double cream.

Divide batter amount 12 muffun cups, filling 2/3rds full. Place in cold oven and heat oven to 425°F. After 20 minutes turn down oven to 350°F and continue to bake another 12-15 minutes, until popovers are billowing over and golden brown.
