  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 41/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 500 gsugar
  4. 600 gbutter
  5. 9eggs
  6. 250Milk
  7. 250 mlLemon,orange,pineaple juice
  8. 100 gGlaced cherries ans sultanas

    Pre - heat oven at 180 degrees centigrade

  2. 2

    Prepare the baking tin

  3. 3

    Cream the sugar and butter until fluffy

  4. 4

    Add the eggs bit by bit

  5. 5

    Add the flour as you fold in adding the juice and milk

  6. 6

    Add the sultanas and cherries

  7. 7

    Bake for 1hr at 180 degrees

  8. 8

    Put fondant yoh had prepared early enough
