  • 250 ggreen grams
  • 1Red peppers
  • 1green pepper
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt for tasting

  1. 1

    Boil the pre soaked green grams till soft

  2. 2

    Once soft, add cooking oil in another sufuria and heat

  3. 3

    Add onion and cook till brown then add tomato, Red, green and yellow pepper

  4. 4

    Add the ndengu and enough water

  5. 5

    Add salt and royco

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 mins and serve with chapati
