Steps

preheat oven to 350°
- 2
remove stems from mushrooms and reserve. clean mushroom caps.

mince reserved mushroom stems
- 4
coat skillet with olive oil spray
- 5
preheat skillet over medium heat
- 6
remove sausage from casing and add to skillet along with garlic, Shallot, bell pepper and mushroom stems. cook until meat is browned.

place cleaned mushroom caps on lightly greased cookie sheet.

evenly fill each cap with meat mixture
- 9
top each cap with 1T of mozzarella cheese
- 10
bake in oven 8 - 10 minutes, until cheese is melted
