prepare all ingredients before starting

place mince, onion, garlic, worcestershire sauce, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl mix till combined with hands.

divide mixture into 6 portions. shape portions into patties 10 cm in diameter, 1.5 cm thick

place patties on a tray lined with baking paper and cover with cling wrap, put in fridge for at least 30mins.

heat oil in pan. cook patties on medium low heat for 4 mins each side or until cooked through. serve.
