1/2 loafpanera ciabatta bread
1/2 tspcoarse salt
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 cupgrated parmesan
3beefsteak tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch
3 tbspfresh basil
1crumbled goat cheese
2 tspbalsamic vinegar
2 tbspEVOO

preheat oven 375

line cookie sheet with foil

coat ciabatta with cooking spray

sprinkle with 1/4 teas salt and 1/4 teas pepper

bake 5-6 mins

arrange to ties on platter, scatter remaining salt and pepper, tuck basil leaves between tomatoes. sprinkle goat cheese, whisk vinegar and oil, drizzle over salad, serve with ciabatta chips
