Steps

Heat a deep kadai with 2 cups of salt, for 20 minutes.

Take strainer, add all flour and powder sugar and both soda, and baking powder, sooji and strain them all togather.

Add Cardamom powder and 2 tbsp clarified butter, crumble them.

Add orange zest, some melted butter and make a dough out of it.

Then if required add some 2 - 3 tsp milk for kneading the dough.

Now take a big ball size dough and give it a rectangle shape the with the help of knife cut them in part and give them rectangle shape, you can give any shape as per wish, like me shown in the video.

I give it heart shape and cookie shape, and rectangle shape.

Then grease the cake mould, or any other utensil which can be fit in kadai perfectly, then keep it in the kadai.

Let it bake in low flame for 30 - 35 minutes.

If you wish you can preheat your over in 150 degree C for 10 minutes and bake those cookies for 20 -25 minutes..
