Rinse chicken/ mix all seasoning in orange juice let marinade covered in fridge for atleast 30min

Get coals ready on grill/ oil rack so legs dont stick/ If using gas..thats cool to. I used charcoal.

Cook chicken on indirect heat for 1hr IF TEMP IS RIGHT CHECK EVERY 20min
- 4
Last 15 min place directly over heat now crisping up the skin/ at this time add whatever sauce you like.
