8 ozPackage of cream cheese
1 gramscracker crust
14 ozCan of condencened milk

1 1/2 tspLemon juice
1Egg
1 dashSugar (more if desired)

Pre.heat oven to 350°

Wash hands :)

In large mixing bowl mix cream cheese and milk with electric mixer until well blended.

mix in vanilla and egg blend. add lemon juice and sugar. mix well.

pour cream cheese mixture into crust.

place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

when done place on wire rack and let cool for about 30 minutes. top with desired fruit glase or just fruit. refridgerate for 2 hours.
