Slice the sausage in half lengthwise, then cut into thin slices. Fry the egg and slice it thinly as well.

Finely chop the green onions. Place them in a bowl with about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (or heat the oil in a pan and pour it over the onions).

If your baguette is long, cut it in half. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin so it’s thin—this will make it crispier and tastier when grilled!

Grill the bread in a nonstick pan. Brush both sides with a sauce made from chili salt, chili sauce, chili shrimp paste, sugar, and melted butter (see ingredients above). Grill until the bread is crispy, golden, and flattened.

Cut the bread and place it on a plate. Drizzle with scallion oil, then top with the sliced egg and sausage. Finish with chili sauce and mayonnaise on top.

Here’s my finished result! You can also add cucumber, quail eggs, shredded chicken, or anything else you like—I think it’ll be even more delicious! 🙈😍😍
