  • 10round pieces of hake fish
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 TBSchicken spice
  • 1 tbsfish spice
  • 1 cupoil to fry
  • 1/4 cupfresh milk

    Clean fish well

  2. 2

    Mix flour with all spices

  3. 3

    Separate pour milk in a small bowl

  4. 4

    Heat oil

  5. 5

    Dip fish into the milk first then dip into the flour turn to coat all sides

    Then dip into the oil fry until golden brown
