2eggs
1/2cup/110g superfine caster sugar
1 cup/110g self raising flour
110 gramsbutter, melted
1apple,peeled and diced
1icing sugar to decorate

Heat the oven to 350f/180c/gas4.Grease a 12 hole bun tin.

whisk the eggs and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.

Gently fold in the flour and butter, followed by the Apple.

pour the mixture into the bun tin and bake for 8-10 mins,until golden brown .Leave in the tins for 10mins and then place on a wire rack to cool.

sift over the icing sugar just b4 serving.
