preheat oven to 350°

grease 13 x 9 pan

make cake according to directions on box except add 1 extra egg. use juice from crushed pineapple in place of water then add water if not enough juice. bake 20-25 minutes.

mix together cream cheese, vanilla pudding and milk till well blended and thick. pour over cooled cake, add crushed pineapple over pudding mixture. spread cool whip over crushed pineapple. layer sliced strawberries over cool whip and sprinkle with coconut if desired.

cover and refrigerate. enjoy!
