Steps

Put flour, salt, sugar in food processor or medium mixing bowl, then combine all together.

Add butter to the mixture and pulse or beat until butter is mixed and is pea size.

Then slowly add the ice water and pulse or beat while adding ice water.

Once it looks like dough take out of processor or bowl, pack together into a large ball.

Wrap dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

When finished use for whatever pastery.
