Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmixed sprouts, steamed
  2. 1/2 cupkabuli chana, soaked overnight
  3. 1/2cucumber, sliced
  4. 1/2 cupassorted bell peppers, sliced
  5. 6-7broccoli florets, blanched
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tsp.pepper powder or to taste (opt)
  8. 1 tbsp.olive oil
  9. 1 tbsp.lime juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook the kabuli chana for 6 whistles. When cool, drain and combine with the other ingredients and toss well.

  2. 2

    Serve as a light meal anytime of the day. (Add the salt just before serving, else it tends to become soggy).
