marinate meat with masala powder coriander powder tumeric powder pepper powder red chili powder and salt

wash the minced meat throughly in a colander a t least 4-5 times and allow to drain

marinate the ground meat and set aside for 20 minutes

heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and add obiobs sautee

add the diced tomatoes along with salt

reduce heat and add ginger garlic paste

stir fry for 2 min

add chilly powdet 2 tbsp meat masala powder corriander powder garam powder and sautee

add the meat and mix well

cook for ten minutes then add potatoes

cook for 10 min then add peas

if gravy has reduced then add 1 cup of water and mix well

cover and cook for 15 min let sit and open after half hour
