Ingredients

1/2 lbBacon, cooked and crumbled
2Ears corn, cut from cob
1 pintscherry tomatoes
1 clovegarlic, minced
1Onion, chopped
1 lbPasta, penna or belly button type
1Handful chopped parsley
1 tbspButter

Steps

While pasta is cooking, cook bacon (drain some of the fat). Just before it's done, add corn, tomatoes and onions

When pasta is done, add into bacon mixture. Add 1/2 cup of the pasta water

Toss and top with cheese
