Peel the stem cut in 4" pieces & half boil

Take a pan add mustard oil crackle heeng &methi Dana

Add small piece of aalu &chopped methi leaves

Stir fry 1mnt

Add salt and red chilli powder cook simmer flame 5-7mnts

Slit the lotus stem &stuffed methi aalu

Take another pan add oil crackle jeera arrange stem

Cook until slightly golden..

Serve with paratha aur sauce or chutney like starter..
