Boil sprouts in 1 cup water for 3-4 minutes. Strain water. Don't throw water. Use in dal or soup.

Wash & peel off carrot & cucumber. Keep cucumber peels aside. Now chopped carrots & cucumber finely.

Cut one long strip of carrot. & leaves of cucumber peel.

Mix dressing in bowl. Mix sprouts, chopped carrots & cucumber in a bowl. Add dressing in it. Mix well.

Arrange plate as per pic. Enjoy healthy salad at any time.
