Preheat oven to 350°F (farenheit)

Place about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each section the of greased muffin tin (do not use paper liners)

flatten dough with fingers

Unwrap peanut butter cups and place 1 narrow side up in each muffin cup on top of cookie dough

Mix brownies as directed. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter over each peanut butter cup, making sure candy is covered

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the edge of brownie comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake, keep the center gooey!

Makes about 20 cookies
