Ingredients: 1/4 cup Boiled peas; 1/4 cup chopped & boiled French beans; 1/4 cup boiled potatoes (cut in small cubes; 1/4 cup chopped carrots; 1/4 cup apples chopped; 1/4 cup pineapple chopped; 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels; 1/2 cup mayonnaise (eggless); 1/4 cup Yogurt (curd); 2 tsp milk cream (fat free); 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes; 1/2 tsp Oregano; 1 tsp sugar; to taste Salt; 1 apple for serving (optional)

1/4 cuppineapple chopped
1/4 cupboiled sweet corn kernels
1/2 cupmayonnaise (eggless)

2 tspmilk cream (fat free)

1/2 tspred chilli flakes
1/2 tspOregano
1 tspsugar
to tasteSalt
1apple for serving (optional)

Steps

Assemble all ingredients.

Cut & scoop apple like pic.

Add all fruits & veggies in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise, yogurt & cream.

Add black pepper, salt, red chilli flakes, sugar & oregano. Mix well.

Keep it in refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy chilled Russian salad.
