Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp.Butter
  • 3 Tbsp.Chickpea (garbonzo bean) flour
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 3 oz.Sharp white cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp.Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat and add flour. Whisk for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add milk and stir until warm.

  3. 3

    Add cheese and salt and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.

  4. 4

    Add pepper to taste.
