Ek choti kadhai me thoda ghee garam karein.gas low flame karke thode thode gond kadhai me daal kar tal kar alag rakh le.

Ab ek badi kadhai me sara ghee daal kar garam karein,or isme aata daal kar low flame par kam se kam 15-17 minit tak bhune.

Aata bhun jane ke baad isme khoya daal kar achi tarah se milaye.

Gas band kar de or ab isme gond or dry fruits +cardamom powder daal kar achi tarah se milaye.

Pisi hui chini bhi mila de.or thodi der thanda hone de. Ab dono hath ki madad se laddu baand le.aate ko jyada thanda nahi karna hai.nahi to laddu ache nahi banenge.
