Ingredients

8 ozreduced fat cream cheese-softened
3/4 cupraw sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
2eggs
1 cupcanned solid pack pumpkin
3/4 tspcinnamon
1/4 tspnutmeg
1ready made graham cracker crust

1. Preheat oven 350. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla til smooth.

2. Add eggs, one at a time; blend well after each. Mix in 1/4 cup sugar,pumpkin,cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into Graham cracker crust.

3. Bake 55 mins or until filling is set. Run knife around edge of pan. Cool to room temp; chill at least 4 hrs.
