Recipe - - - Dry roast seasame seeds for 2/3 minutes. Remove in a plate. Add jaggery in a pan and stir till it melts and turns golden. Add sesame seeds and mix well the mixture. Turn of the flame. Pour the mixture in a greased plate and level it vth a bowl. Let it cool down for a minute or two and dein vth a sharp knife cut into pieces. Do take out the pieces now. Let it completely cool down. Tal Sankadi is ready.
