1/4 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
1/2 cupapplesauce
1/4 cupmilk

Mix ingredients until well blended and crumbly. Set aside.

Preheat oven 350*

Combine first three ingredients in medium sized bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients for the muffins and mix well for 30sec.

Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full (or use paper liners) & sprinkle streusel topping on each.

Bake for 12-15min or until light golden brown. Cool slightly & remove from pan.

I used this basic recipe with pumpkin pancake mix, and pumpkin in place of the applesauce. I did need to add more liquids to the recipe. They came out delicious and were gone quickly!😁
