Ingredients

  • 1 cupblack chana soaked overnight n boiled
  • 1 cupMoong sprouts
  • 1 cupmuth sprouts
  • 1big tomato chopped
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 1onion chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cupboiled corn
  • 2-3 springspalak leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • to tasteChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak black channa overnight n boiled it.cool it before use.Boil corn kernels n cool it.

  2. 2

    In a broad bowl mix boiled channa, sprouted mung, sprouted muth,boiled corn kernels, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped cucumber n mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, chaat masala,lemon juice to taste.

  4. 4

    Transfer in a serving bowl n enjoy.
