  1. 1 pinchsalt
  2. 2 tbspshaoxing wine
  3. 1 eachtbsp roasted garlic and roasted shallot
  4. 1 cupany stock
  5. 4 cupchinese brocoli or kailan
  6. 4 largechicken liver

  1. 1

    in oil brown the liver the add stock

  2. 2

    once stock start to boil check liver is cook no more blood then add kailan

  3. 3

    add salt simmer for 2 minute, the add shaoxing wine gently mix well and off heat

  4. 4

    top roasted garlic and roasted shallot serve hot
