Preheat oven to 375 spray glass casserole dish with nonstick spray

Mix onion,s.cream ,cream o chi

Melt butter add crushed ritz sprinkle over potato mixture

Bake for 30-35min or until crackers are toasted and cheese ose bubbling ..

P.s. For my family of 4 i make a whole batch and freeze half in a glad bag then next time we want it again simply bake it from frozen state about 10 min before adding ritz.
