Steps

in a midium size pot heat clarified 2 tbsp butter and fry 2-3 cardamom for 2 minutes

add 1 and half cup semolina and stir fry constantly on low heat till its colour turn pale gold and becomes fragrent

add 1 cup water ,1 and half sugar ,pinch a saffron and continue stirring till sugar dissolves.

whewm the mixture thickness pour in a flat bottomed dish

garnish 1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp coconut ,1 tbsp pistache and press gently in order to level it

cut into diamond shape and serve
