1 dozenCarrots washed and peeled
150 gramsRaisins
350 gramsPineapple yogurt(or pineapple and coco)
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 canPineapple(diced)

Grate carrots.

In a separated bowl, stir in the yogurt, sugar, raisins and pineaple chunks with their syrup. Add the grated carrots to the mix.

It has to be juicy. Add in the milk and stir. Tasted it, it has to be sweet, if you think it needs more sugar, add in some more. You can play with the consistency of salad, add more or less yogurt depending on your tasted.
